QWAK,out side wood burning to heat house and water
QWAK,Is any one familiar with this company or the wood burners they sell??:confused:
http://www.centralboiler.com/home.html I have been heatinh my cabin with wood for over 18 years and I also heat my hot tub spa with a wood burner I built my self but they are dirty and a hastel.:frown: I am concidering buying one of theas wood burning Central Boilers or somthing very much like it in the next year or so and would apreciate any input form any one who has used similar out side wood burners. Check it out thoroughly. A lot of those outdoor wood heaters require piping going under your floor... IOW.... steam heat. |

The only down side I've heard of is hard water deposits need to be acid washed out or something like that.( evry other year) Only know 1 family in the Ozarks that has one and its Dependant on electricity for the pumping of the waster into the heat exchange or radiators.
keep the pot belly just in case electric goes down. Electric-Amish PS Point of interest he keeps a pile of logs next to it and chainsaws off disks to burn rather than splitting. |
